Eligibility & accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Full platform access is unlocked by connecting a verified XM or Elefin account, or is available in demo mode with limited features.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, scrape content, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Referrals & rewards
WS Coins, referral rewards and timed feature unlocks are promotional benefits with no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Abuse of the referral program (e.g. fake sign-ups) may result in forfeiture and account action.

Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealth Secret is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including trading losses.
Termination
You may stop using Wealth Secret at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for legal/security reasons.
