This Privacy Policy explains what information Wealth Secret collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the platform.
Information we collect
Account details from Google Sign-In (your name, email address and profile picture). Trading data synced from your connected MT5 account (trades, positions, balance, equity and related statistics). Usage data such as feature interactions and referral activity. We never ask for or store your withdrawal password.
Broker credentials
To sync your trades we use read-only (investor) MT5 credentials. These are transmitted securely to our backend and used solely to establish the broker connection and pull your trade history. We do not use them to place, modify or close trades.
How we use your data
To provide the journal, analytics, AI coaching, community, leaderboards and rewards; to verify broker eligibility; to operate the referral program; and to improve and secure the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
Third-party services
We use Google (authentication), your MT5 broker, TradingView (charts) and AI providers to generate insights. Aggregated, non-identifying data may be sent to AI providers to produce analysis. Each provider handles data under its own policies.
Data retention & security
We retain your data while your account is active. Sessions are protected with secure, httpOnly cookies and encrypted transport. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal data, disconnect your broker, and opt out of non-essential communications. Contact us to exercise these rights.
